"Ordered takeout, but no silverware was provided so was unable to eat it. It is obvious when people takeout that they need something to eat it with? None was offered either. Their crab Rangoons are good, but not good enough to be served with no sauce whatsoever. Had to wait a while before anybody saw me waiting to pick up."
