"Great place for healthy lunch options. Had a great rice bowl and a smoothie. However, they do not accept cash, and it is relatively expensive, even for lunch. They do use high quality ingredients. And the bowls are filling. For 2 of us with 2 bowls, a drink and a smoothie came out to $38."

"Well. I always wait 1-2 weeks to try a new place so they can work out kinks, have staff trained, etc. If I have to rate based on following, this is why I’m giving it 2 Stars: 1. Staff (5 out of 10)…Very nice, but not personable. Kinda like I’m here to be paid, but nothing else. 2. Location…(10 out of 10) 3. Decor and Design… (8 out of 10) love the high ceilings and open space. Needs to feel more cozy instead of industrial. 4. Portion Size… (2 out of 10) This is where is gets comical. This is the one thing I can’t stand about franchisees is the penny pinching approach to customers. If you look at the image I posted below. This is what $14 gets you. I’m not shocked, but after a long day of working, this is not what I was looking for. Super simple way to fix this…double the portions (Not going to happen) or cut the prices between 20% to 30% (Also not going to happen). 5. Taste…(5 out of 10) After looking at the ingredients being put in, looked VERY FRESH, but the flavors didn’t really wow me. It was good, just not great. 6. Value… (2 out of 10). $40 for 2 salads and a kids salad. I have no issue spending money on food and eat out very often. After eating my salad, I had 7 (Yes I counted), 7 pieces of chicken each being the size of a tip of a index finger. Really?! Sorry, but as I was standing in line looking at all the pictures of salads and deciding what I wanted, to see the pictures looking full and better, seeing what I just finished eating had me write this review. Listen…I don’t want Hello@… customer care replying and offering to fix this. I don’t need freebies nor do I take them when offered. I have no issue giving this place a second try and ordering something different in the next 2-3 months. I was in the business for 23yrs, I do have compassion when it comes to new businesses, but I also believe in being honest and transparent. No business can grow or change without taking feedback and then taking action."
