"I don’t like giving negative reviews and I only gave two stars because I feel bad giving one. I’ve lived in North Naples for 30 years and IlPrimo is next to the Publix we go to. The pizza was pretty good up until about 6-8 years ago and since then it’s been horrible to be honest. There is nothing Italian about it. It’s under cooked and super doughy. Way overpriced for what it is. Honestly I have no idea how they’re still in business. Maybe the wings are good. Over the past 6 years I’ve tried them maybe 5 times and every time I’ve regretted it and said “never again “ but did it because of convenience. This was the last time. I’d rather eat a digourno. Staff doesn’t want to be there either. Sorry guys but definitely not “the best”. So far from it. Maybe set the ovens for 50% longer or something. Ingredients are good but construction and process is horrible."
"We got carry out. Large cheese pizza for $12, picked up in 20 min. Pie was excellent for 12 bucks. Friendly staff and the dining room looked neat and clean."
"Kids eat for five every Wednesday, they made their personal pizza, a cookie and small drink. The wings are awesome! Juicy inside and crunchy outside, with the sauce of your choice. Now let’s talk about pizza: the Il primo special pizza has all the flavors and a lot of cheese! Definitely a good place, good food, good price and good service."
