"I just visited today for my lunch. There was an elderly couple ordering that was taking a long time. The cashier was very compassionate and patient. I had elderly parents who have passed and many times people would get frustrated and rude if they took longer! Way to go with great customer service! We will all get old! Salad bar was very good and staff smiling."
"They fed vegetarians meat twice. We had ordered the veggie chili and they gave us the regular one. We came back and expressed our concerns so they offered us the potato soup and reassured us it had no meat in it. My mom is allergic to pork and is experiencing stomach distress due to their lack of knowledge on their menu. They had no empathy or willingness to correct the situation. The manager’s attitude was dismissive and uncaring. No wonder they make the same mistakes multiple times…"
"Stopped in here for a quick bite to eat and it wa a great! Quick service and good quality food with decent portions for the price. The menu is expansive with lots of options - not just sandwiches. The chicken salad is delicious and the pineapple inclusions add a bit of a tropical flavor that perfectly complements the chicken. The corned beef was tasty, but might I suggest they stock cream cheese as a topping option to make it THAT much better. They also have some pretty great drink options and a tasty salad bar for those looking for something a bit lighter. Overall, this place didn't disappoint. I have high hopes for their new coffee shop as well!"
"Food was very good as usual. Got the deli Club sandwich. Rather surprised how disengaged most of the staff was. Wouldn't say unfriendly, but definitely not engaging. Not saying I won't be back, but can't say I can recommend or go out of my way to visit. Too many other places to choose from."
"As soon as you walk in you are greeted by an empty rusty and dirty cooler. Gross. As soon as someone felt like taking my order, I ordered the salad bar. No soup. Only 8 “fresh” toppings available. Dressings were msg laced “ I’m allergic, I can tell “. The Mexican station was so loud on the tv, we had to move. Place is dead yet is so loud from old machines screaming constantly. Only things I trusted on salad bar tasted old and preserved. Soda station was so sticky, my old beat up tray stuck to it: gross! I’m overall shocked at how bad the food is. I don’t recommend the salad bar."
