"They had no white rice at 5pm. When I asked how long it would take, the “manager” had to ask another employee who mumbled something and then said brown rice. Yea I was already told only brown rice but I wanted to know how long before the white rice was cooked, come to find out they haven’t even started it since they ran out of it earlier. When I asked who the manager was, the girl helping me said she was the manager. Well as manager you shouldn’t have to ask someone how long for the white rice to be cooked, you should know what is going on in the store you “manage.” It is your responsibility to make sure employees are doing their job. All three employees mumbled when speaking, had to ask them to speak up because they couldn’t be heard. Very poor customer service. Will not be going back to this location."

"I can’t say enough. We had them drop of a large amount of food for a party. Catered without staff (that’s all we needed!) and from start to finish, 3 Pepper Burrito was incredible! First of all, my mom dealt with the ordering and she said they couldn’t be nicer. Then the set up was easy and they didn’t forget anything! Plentiful! And lastly, the food was delish! Would do this again anytime!"
