"The whole experience is always great at Dunkin in lake placid fl. The staff are always Soo helpful and knowledgeable about their drinks. I told the cashier I would like a caramel iced with whip cream not knowing the drink and she told me right away and it tasted awesome. Great environment. 5 out of 5 all day long!!!"
"Ordered one dozen assorted donuts, drove 15 minutes back to my house. Opened the box took a bite of a donut that tasted at least 3 or 4 days old. They were so stale, I had to throw them away. Very disappointed, I will never buy from that store again. Will be sure to pass along to the public. Worst donut's ever."
"They never have any Boston Cream Donuts. I can't get there before 10am, but each time I go anytime between 10am and 2pm the same answer is. Were Out! I had to ask, do you actually make them? The answer was there our biggest seller and we run out fast each day. Now if they were the stores biggest seller wouldn't think the manager would have the common sense to stock there top selling product from open to close."
"lack of labor, every time we come to your establishment, we seem to have an issue. either the price is different every visit or one or multiple items that we order are incorrect. not to mention we get the same two coffees every time, no changes, besides today. we decided to get espresso shots, probably not the best decision. not only did we pay more money for the shots, we didn't receive them and the ticket didn't even have it on there. let's not mention the cold cold foam my wonderful wife HAS to have on top. if something if anything could be changed. i would say start by replacing every staff members, including scabbers. well that should be all thanks."
"10 a.m. and doughnuts tasted like they were 3 days old. This is typical of this location from last several visits. They were fresh & delicious when they first opened in Lake Placid but they have certainly changed towards the negative. Yuk!"
