Burger King

"The food and atmosphere were good also the store is relatively new. The issue is the staff and wait times I've had to wait 30 minutes for a burger. So if your on a rush I would not chose this location. Second time going after first review and the staff had a good attitude but this time in the drive thru still has a long wait time."

"There was like 5 tablespoons of mayo on my burger for no reason. Like, I'm not even upset but I think the employees are acting up or something cuz ain't no way someone thinks putting $5 worth of mayo on a western cheeseburger makes sense lol. There was so much mayo it oozed out the sides of the soggy bun when I bit into it. Definitely don't eat here unless you hate yourself lol."

"Ordered the bacon king burger, all they put was 2 patties, 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 2 slices of cheese. Not a single piece of bacon, and an inedible amount of mayonnaise. Also the whopper Jr was just as wet. The drinks didn't really taste right either. Hopefully yall can step it up a bit better in the future..."

"Have to say employees seemed a bit preoccupied with something other then preparing food and serving it. Took so long for my food with only 3 people in the restaurant. It was a disaster in quality of food as well. Burger was half on the bun and the tomato wasn't even on the bun, it was in the packaging. No cheese when I ordered it and the fries were cold. You would think the fries would be hot since it took so long to get my food. Ugh just seems Burger King is going down hill lately. What gives?"

"I will not go back to this Burger King. When we got in line there were 4 cars ahead of us - no big deal. Placed my order then sat there for 12 minutes without moving. Could see there was nothing happening at the window. I called the store and said the line was not moving and the lady just said “Well I can’t help when I am on the phone”. No apology or quick explanation. We then proceed to wait another 10 minutes before getting to the windows. I told the lady at the window we waited 23 minutes in line and she immediately got an attitude by saying it isn’t her fault and said it in a short dismissive manner. I told her her attitude sucked and she said mine did too. I was just trying to get fries for my granddaughter before karate. What should have been a 5 minute thing turned into a 25 minute thing so she only got to stuff a few fries in before her class. I understand things happen and a quick apology or a quick “having problems with our systems” or “short staffed”. - anything other than an attitude and a total lack of accountability for the job they were supposed to be doing. Again - I will never go back because of their lack of customer service training and the terrible experience I just had there. I know these are first world problems and in the scheme of things not a big deal but the attitude from the only people actually getting paid in this transaction was terrible."
