I recently ordered a specific smoothie, but upon receiving my order, I discovered that it was the wrong one. I promptly returned to the counter, expecting a correction or a replacement, only to be told that I couldn't keep the incorrect smoothie and it would be wasted. It's disheartening to witness such a wasteful approach, especially when the error was on your end. This not only reflects a lack of accountability for mistakes but also highlights a disregard for customer satisfaction. "At first I was a little skeptical to try this place out since I always go to tropical smoothie, I decided to try them out anyways. The employees were very attentive to my special dietary needs being Vegan. Didn’t get frustrated or anything. The girl was very helpful with all the questions that I was asking about their smoothies and protein choices and what would be best for what I wanted. I would definitely say way better then tropical smoothie. They use real ingredients in their smoothies and the actually have different size options. Would definitely recommend this Planet smoothie in north port, you won’t be disappointed"
