"Food is great! I love the burgers! Hubby enjoys the cod sandwich! And the kid loves chicken fingers and burgers. Fries are good. Custard is the perfect thing to end it off. Customer service has gotten better. It usually takes longer to get your food than the app says, but it's not too bad."
"Had been awhile since I'd eaten a hamburger so decided to stop here and go in for a burger and fries. Wasn't busy, but my order was taken and a few minutes later was delivered to my table. Maybe I was expecting too much, but the food was just okay (not bad but not excellent) for me."
"Wife found a nice big hair in her culvers double burger. My wife went inside and presented to the manager the issue. He handed her $7 and told her to go home cook for herself and not to come back. This was on November 12th and 145pm. I would love to see corporate play the footage back and see how polite she was and how rude management was at this location. We will take his advice and not bring our business back. Thank you for the wonderful experience."
"Went to pickup half my parents order that they forgot to give them. I decided to order cod while I was there since it's been a while. The workers were really nice but idk what's up with the kitchen. When I used to work there, the owner was really on top of food safety, quality, training and making sure all orders were completed correctly. I was surprised to get half cooked fish, batters still wet. Probably not safe, y'all. People could get really sick if you don't cook the food properly."
