"We were celebrating a belated Valentine's Day. It was an extremely busy night. Luckily, we were seated in the back and still felt private. Wonderful food, quick service, and beautiful establishment. I've always wanted to eat here it's always packed when we come for Halloween. I ordered a Tapas selection - croquettes that were excellent. Has a bit of spice and was perfectly cooked. I had enough space in my belly for dessert. Had some flan, which I rarely see in restaurants. Perfection! Our waiter named Mike was very attentive and gave recommendations and knew the menu inside and out. Our other dessert was so scrumptious a white dark chocolate bread blend. Extra points to Mike for his great suggestion. Portion was huge and so good. It was a very busy night and you could feel the energy of the staff. Quick and efficient yet still remaining polite and helpful. They had beautiful tiles in the decor that went all the way to the restroom like you would see in a Mediterranean country, I know it's Cuban. That's what it reminded me of - beautiful nonetheless Excellent food, wonderful staff, beautiful tiles. This place will not disappoint. 100 stars. I want to come back when we celebrate another occasion."

"I have to say I absolutely adore Columbia restaurant. I may even say it’s my favorite restaurant. I find it hard to live without the 1905 Salad, and the fact that it is made along with the sangria, makes the experience even more amazing. Add dog friendly patio to the mix, I am back as often as I can be. The atmosphere and vibe add to the overall experience."

"Beautiful restaurant inside & out! We loved hearing the history of the restaurant from the stories related to us by our excellent server, Paul. Our meals were delicious and the service was impeccable! Paul was also extremely helpful in relaying my dietary restrictions to the chef. He noted on the ticket the foods & cooking methods I cannot have. He made our dining experience so very enjoyable. The atmosphere was warm & intimate in each of the 13 dining rooms. Each dining room was beautifully appointed in its own unique motif, yet they all blended together in a cohesive design of Spanish and Cuban history. Thank you, Paul C for all the interesting stories, fabulous service and DELICIOUS dinner! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Excellent as always. 1905 salad rocks. Sangria’s are delicious and fun. Salmon stuffed with shrimp and artichoke hearts with tomato and asparagus baked in parchment paper is amazing. Stuffed shrimp outstanding. You can’t find another restaurant like it."

"The food was really good with good service. Made a reservation and had no wait, with a choice of inside or outside seating. The place was crowded, but did not seem cramped, there was enough room between tables that you felt you were alone. WE had the paella, black bean soup and the 1905 salad. The food is high quality."
