"It was a great lunch at CiCi's today. I ordered a "pizza bowl" it was delicious, I had to order a second one, it was even better with extra mushrooms added. Keep up the good work, CiCi's."

"Decided to try CiCi's for the first time. A lady named Yuridia O helped me. After I paid for myself and the little girl that I was with, we ran into the bathroom. When we came out, I realized she never gave us our cups for the drinks. She argued with me and told me she did give it to me and I told her she didn't and she kept arguing that she gave it to me. So she finally gave me a cup for myself and the little girl I was with. I asked her if they were any names on the pizza, since none of them were labeled. She said they don't do that there and every time I asked her what kind of pizza something was, she would say it rudely. Also, the soup had not even a ladel full left in it. ( This was 12:15) I asked her if there's any more soup. She was on her phone, that was at one of the counters. I guess I was interrupting her time on her phone. I did notice other employees working behind the counter and a lady was working hard clearing tables. I liked it when I saw the buffet, but she turned me off to this place."

"No variety and refill pizza The only good and organized the cleaning employee gentleman, so efficiently."

"Haven't been to a CiCi's in a long time. First time in FL. Not how I remembered it. Pizza light on toppings. Never brought another dessert pizza out. The worst part was, we were not greeted when we arrived. We stood there for 6 minutes listening to a Manager discussing breaking a drawer with an employee never once telling us, "We will be with you in a moment". Sadly, we won't be back. Too many other places to eat."

"Not bad, staff is super nice and really helpful. Food is not bad. I actually love the soup believe it or not. Heads up the digital arcade card isn't accepted here.. tokens only. The staff here is some of the nicest and coolest people I've experienced in all of Florida . Came here in Vacation .. my 7 year old loves it here."
