"Took my salad to the counter and asked if they were out of tomatoes (grape), the response was “no do you need some” ? Well they do come on the salad no? Was handed this bowl of sliced, the more I thought about the guy scratching his head through his hat and getting the tomatoes with no gloves the more I was grossed out. Needless to say I took the tomatoes back and sat them down on the counter."
"When you show the manager a pic of your grilled cheese sandwich from prior day showing soft white bread not grilled or toasted. And all she says is we have no way to grill it. Making excuses I wasn’t looking for anything free was letting her know maybe show staff how it should look. The girls that work the window are great. Management should not be so defensive."
"Ordered mobile delivery. They forgot the mac and cheese for the pick 2. I called and the manager was great. Apologized and gave us a refund for the missing item. Bummed about no mac and cheese, but things happen and they did what they could to fix it. Kudos to the manager!"
"I ordered a You Pick 2 for pickup on July 29 which included a Goddess Cobb Chicken salad and a Roast Turkey BLT. The sandwich was great but the salad had disgusting, slimy, black avocado pieces and the greens were wet leaving a puddle in the bottom of the container. I called them and the manager apologized and offered a coupon for replacement of the You Pick 2. I finally got it in the mail and it was for a free beverage only. So sad; I thought Panera was better than this. No integrity, waning quality. Won't be back."
"I had been looking for a proper loaf of sourdough bread for a while to make a particular sandwich. I was direct to Panera and was fortunate to find they had exactly what I needed, albeit a bit pricey. Now, I stood at the counter looking at the different baked goods for several minutes while I listened to two employees talk about their personal adventures without even so much as giving me a first look. Not the customer service I would have expected from Panera. Managers, take note."
