"I went here to order the lobster dip to watch the Super Bowl. And this is what I received. They didn’t even have the decency to fill it up. I paid $14 for this!!! This is ridiculous. And let’s not talk about the fact that it took 30 minutes to bring this out!!! I’m so disappointed. I just moved to this area. Orlando Red Lobsters would never do this!!!"
"My waiter was Diane... she was very helpful with tell us about the new foods and drinks. She was very friendly and definitely had interpersonal skills. We engaged in a conversation about her working for Red Lobster for 50 years. That is amazing. Definitely when my husband and I return there to eat... we will be sitting in her section. She is awesome. Thank you Diane for making our visit pleasant."

"We love Red Lobster! We're visiting from the UK and the last time we came, we loved it so we knew we wanted to visit another one the next time we visited Florida! The food was so tasty but the thing I personally love the most are the biscuits ! They are so tender and I wish we had them in the UK ! Our waitress was so kind and helpful! There was a male worker that was a bit rude and dismissive to me when I asked him if we could sit in a booth but luckily our waitress was so kind to us! I am glad we had her! Thanks"
"Drove 40 minutes to pick up a to-go order. It wasn’t ready on time and the employees including the manager were all complaining about wanting to go home. I bought this as a birthday craving but I ended up regretting spending the money. I got the shrimp three ways and was most excited for the Shrimp Alfredo only to get 3 shrimp and next to no sauce. Value for money is not there."
