"It's a fast casual burger franchise that sits at the very end of the Publix shopping plaza on FishHawk Crossing Blvd. It looks nice from the outside, and has outdoor seating. My first impression walking into the restaurant was that it seemed dark, and a little dank as well. The window shades were down because the sun always shines heavily from that side of the building. Something was off with the ventilation. It just reminded me of a greasy spoon diner. Nothing too terrible, but just not what I expected. The atmosphere could be better if it was brighter. Let's just say that nothing really sparkles. The service was very good. I was greeted right away. I selected the Classic Wayback Burger lunch special, and made the burger a double. It was actually a very good deal which includes fries and a drink. They bring out the order to your table once it is ready. The packaging and presentation was very good. The fries were crispy, and the burger was fresh and made to order. I thought the burger was juicy, and the cheese was nice and melty. What I didn't love was the potato bun. I just don't like them. I know others like them because it soaks up the drippings from the burger. I do like a good greasy burger, but the bun just didn't do it for me. Also, the bun tasted a little fermented, and not in a sourdough kind of way. I guess it's the type of bun that threw me off. I've thought about going back to try the Cheeeesy Burger. It's the one that has 4 slices of melted cheese, and it's served on a buttered and grilled bun that is inverted. It looks really good in pictures, but I just can't get past that bun. They also have seasonal shakes that look amazing. I may go back to try the pistachio shake. It's worth a try if you just happen to be in the area."

"Mediocre burger with floppy bacon at an elevated cost has made me regret trying this restaurant out. The cook/server looked tired and definitely didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. Cashier was nice enough and the onion rings and fries saved this from being a 1 star review."

"I previously had the impossible burger and it was great. This time I ordered the Classic and added bacon. This wilted bacon is what I would expect from McDonald’s or Burger King. Very disappointed."

"If you want a great, real meat not fast food burger this is your spot. Fries were not greasy and just the right amount of salt. Hubby ordered the cheesesteak and cheese curds, and loved them. This our spot for a burger!! Great prices and quality burgers."
