"When this store first opened everything was great but a few months ago everything started to go downhill, I don't know what happened... maybe they got new management, new employees but whatever changes they made they should undo them because the food and coffee has gotten really bad and you'll be wasting your time and money by going there. Plus they will not acknowledge any wrong doing, the employees or management just don't care."
"I am so disgusted by the coffee I received this morning. I drank half of my iced latte before realizing there was something in the cup of my coffee that didn’t look right. I don’t know what this is, but all I know is this is extremely unsanitary and I will not be coming back here in the future again. I wouldn’t not recommend coming here."

"Wasn't acknowledged for 5 min. A lady came in and went to the register and was immediately served until I had to say HEY, I'VE BEEN HERE 5 MIN. ( I apologized to the lady, but hey, no skipsies!) Ice cream not frozen enough. Waffle cone STALE like 2 weeks old. I could literally bend the cone. Oh yeah, not one smile. It may should like I'm a b@#$c but I am very sweet to all workers... no matter what. Update:: felt bad for next victim so I went in to show them the squishy cone. Totally blew me off! I said that fyi they were not edible and the no smile teen said ok, thank you."
"Wasn't greeted when we came in. Wasn't acknowledged until 4-5 mins later. Finally lined up to pay for orders and the person barely gave a smile. For a franchise that just opened, you'd think their customer svc game is strong. Nope! The person who greeted us before we went in via drive through was pleasant. We ended up going in because they didn't have their flavour list on the menu outside. Overall, super new and clean place. Ice cream was great. Customer service needs improvement! What ever colour, age, or demographic, this is a service oriented business, put a smile on your face and welcome your customers."
