"Just your ordinary tex-mex place! The only thing that saved the visit was the employees! They were helpful; courteous; and cleaned up tables immediately! The food had great presentation bit was basically flavorless!That said, the cost of the Chimichonga was ridiculous for what you received! Thank goodness for Taco Sauce!! My wife had two tacos and thought they weren't as good as they used to be. The chips were just ok and could have used more salt. Just not a great experience for the 2nd time while on vacation in Tampa!"
"Tijuana Flats is a Florida based Tex Mex chain located in Bloomingdale, FL. It offers favorites such as tacos, burritos, chips and queso, etc. The decor has colorful, graffiti-like decor on the walls. Has a very good vibe, but the dining room is smaller than most Tijuana Flats. The service here is very quick and efficient. Brung out our Chips and Queso before we decided to sit. The food here is cheap, too. Tijuana Flats has amazing chips and queso, and the queso is very cheesy. The food here is very good, too. The chicken flautas and good, and surprisingly, the Shrimp Tacos were amazing! Very impressed by Tijuana Flats. Overall, would come back here again, like we did for years."
"We loved the trio (loads of chips, guacamole & quest) shrimp bowl & shrimp tacos. Hot sauce bar is fun you may try any or all of them, delicious. App is moderately easy to use & points add up"
