"I was looking for a truly authentic pizza experience. I’m so sorry that you fell short. There was no flavor. It was listless and boring. Bland pizza is a real let-down. And the crust was like a really good supermarket frozen pizza crust. One of my toppings was supposed to be extra cheese, Which I guess is a matter of opinion because I feel like I paid for a topping and didn’t get it. Just a real disappointment."
"I don't get how you can screw up orders so consistently. Once by giving us an incorrect order, and now currently waiting on the order we made that was given to someone else. How do you screw that up? To happen once is one thing, but twice in about a two-month span? Y'all gotta reconsider your hiring practices. I’d like to give a nice review of this place because the food is good, but that doesn’t outweigh the incompetence."
