"So “have it your way” doesn’t apply here, lol. If you Uber or order online - you can’t customize or add things like Mayo to a sandwich- you can only remove things. The complete opposite of their slogan. Can’t get ketchup or ranch either- update online ordering please. Also- they don’t answer phones. I tried to call and they don’t answer the phone. Customer Service needs help ***update. Got the food and my order was missing the fries, drink and a sandwich. We paid $29 for a tiny underwhelming whopper junior and a nasty watery chicken sandwich. Never going back here. Missing 3 of 5 items. Are the they high?"

"First I went to the ladies room to find the toilet seat to be golden yellow with urine. I asked the cashier if I could have a rag to clean it as there was someone in the other stall and no paper towels. She responded and cleaned. My issue is the person in the other stall comes out and low and behold it’s a manager. WOW!! Then I ordered my food to go Royal crispy chicken meal and we I got Hm it was a chicken wrap. I have called three times and no one will pick up the phone. Just disappointed."

They definitely have a vast majority of food to pick, and the meals are great! 4/5 stars for overall (3.6 rounds to 4), 3 stars for food, 4 stars for service, and 4 for atmosphere."

"Today, we decided to eat at Burger King located at: 3911 Van Dyke Road, Lutz, FL 33558 Store #10676. This location requires a mask to be worn within the facility. First impression was the cleanliness and being greeted right away from the shift manager. He was patient and we had a great conversation during the ordering process. The flow of the operations felt very fluent. The manager was calling out orders with the crew confirming, while providing statuses. This steady stream of communication continued during my wait, as we ordered as a 'take out'. My biggest reason for a 3-star rating is the appearance of the food (see bullets and images below), rather than the performance (or lacking thereof) of the crew / staff. 1. One sandwich could have sparred some mayonnaise. 2. The other sandwich had cooked burnt lettuce and it ruined the sandwich for me. Not sure why the lettuce is destroyed. Might as well not even put any on there. Recommendations I'd like to see on my next visit. R1: A proportionate amount of condiments on the sandwich. R2: Lettuce in it's normal and fresh crunchy structure."
