"Literally didn't get any food. Sat at a stall for 10 minutes no answer. Went to drive thru said hello. No answer. Pretty sure there was NOBODY working there."
"Robert was very friendly but, our food was bad. Footlong meals were ordered and the buns were hard. The toppings were skimpy and it was cold. 47$ for 4 meals is not cheap. Every Sonic I have been to has always been spot on. This one was not!"
"I like sonic burgers. But some don't...my brother doesn't. They do have their own taste...which I personally approve of. This one isn't very busy, so they take a few minutes to make your food... But that means it comes out hot and fresh. Sonic isn't cheap, but nowadays who is? They have always been a bit expensive, but they have also managed to maintain their same price point post covid better than others have! Nowadays they aren't so high compared to others. You should go give them a try. They should also run an advertising campaign showing how much they have resisted the latest inflation compared to others. Go give them ab go. Let's keep sonic around...let's keep Sonic in business!"
"Went to the drive through. Noone responded. Went to a parking spot. The rude lady told me I needed to move to the other side. When I moved I pushed the button to order. The manager was walking by. I explained to him about her. He took my order for 2 blast. When it came I paid and left. The blast was just ice cream and the mix. Not mixed together. This is the second time they did not mix or make it correct. A few days ago I ordered 2 shakes. Again the ingredients were not mixed up with the ice-cream. The manager needs to retain his people. Very piss poor service."
"A few of the workers I came across were full of energy and caring. I don’t have any problems with them. However, I ordered a milkshake one night and when I got to my house only 5m away it tasted weird. I smelt it and it smelled sour… I’m most likely never going there again after that…"
