"I only did 3 stars because they have a sign on there door offering free garlic knots for a 5 star review. I feel you should give what you feel and not bribe people. I noticed the guy working looked to see if I did a tip on my order. I don't do tips unless I see the service I get. Both workers were super nice and very professional. I would go back. Pizza was ok, but meatballs were really good."
"Every few I get a bad pizza but they care so much about us as customers they go beyond and help out… it’s 01/20 and the sweet lady taking orders is what made the difference"
"This by Far was the worse sandwich I have ever had, coming from out of town from a plane ride. My taste buds were like WTH kinda chicken philly was this! I asked for buffalo sauce on the sandwich it was no where to be found! I had to ask for some to add flavor to the sandwich along with salt and pepper and it still didnt help! I will never come to this spot ever again! The cashier was nice tho! Good riddance"
"Hot Rocks Pizza offers good- tasting pizza and other food, with reliable take out or eat in service. We tried the Vegetarian Pizza ( Onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, green peppers & black olives) and added extra cheese. In flavor and presentation, it was delicious, exactly what we hoped for. If one is dining in at Hot Rocks, the atmosphere is well-lit and with ample space. The parking lot is wide and easily accessible. There are many choices for pizza restaurants, but we will very likely return to Hot Rocks Pizza again and again."
"It is okay, not terrible, not the best. Service is good and timely. Place is clean and looks great. I got the works and the deluxe Philly. Basically it was lacking flavor. The pizza ingredients seemed fresh but they didn't stand out. The Philly was the same, both could used seasoning, I could not even taste salt and I didn't really taste the cheese in the Philly either. I'll probably get the meat lovers next time and add some seasoning packets to go. If you don't like very seasoned food this place is 5 star."
