"Food is good. Place pretty decent too. And so is the service. However, we asked for a vegetarian cachapa. The server said they can add all veggies without telling us they cost extra. We ended up paying $6 worth of toppings on a $15 cachapa without knowing. This should have been made clear especially when two pieces of tomatoes and two pieces of lettuce cost $2. I guess that's inflation...in some ways it's my fault not to have clarified prior."

"The portion wasn’t very big, what I did get was pretty bland, and it was $23 (I didn’t even get a drink)"

"Please hire English speaking employees. I am rating this restaurant 1 star because of the negative experience I had today. Fairly, I’ve been here once before and everything was fine due to my girlfriend being Spanish and able to place the order. The food was amazing. But this time I went alone to get something that I know my family likes and the woman could not understand me. I even pointed it out on the menu and was still served the wrong item. It was a to go order and I did not think I would’ve had to check the bag since I literally pointed out what I wanted on the menu. I did not realize until I got home which is about 20 minutes away that I was given the wrong item which my family did not want or enjoy. 40 minutes round trip and $20 wasted. Very good."

"My boyfriend and I found out about this cute little spot through Groupon. $40 worth and all I paid was $23? Heck ya. Our plan was to play food critic for a bit with ourselves at the table. We bought 6 different items and drank water because…you know… Saturday nights cause for lots of h20 the next day. Ordered the fried yucca, 3 mini empanadas (one of each) and the cheese was my absolute favorite. We also ordered the fried green plantains, rice and beans, chicken salad and the Chicken and Gouda cheese arepa with avocado and boy they’re right to tell you to TRY THE AREPAS! All of the sauces are tasty. Service was great. Nice and quiet little spot and servers were always smiling. We will definitely be back. All of the food was so amazing we took the rest of it home!"

"I called to put in my order and the employee was polite, the wait time was about 15 minutes. Inside the restaurant was nice, the price for 2 orders of 5 small arepas and 2 empanadas was almost $30. Unfortunately the chicken and beef in the empanadas had no flavor and the dough was very thick and sweet, not what I was expecting. The arepas were okay, a little sweeter than I am used to, the cheese and sour cream helped balance it out a bit though. Overall I wasn't pleased with the price for the amount of food or the overly sweetness of the food, especially the empanadas."
