"I'm so disappointed with my order. I ordered extra cheese on my flatbread and it had very little cheese and more bread and it wasn't hot it was cold. I almost went back but I will never ever go back again. This is not the first time they do this. They lost a customer and will loose more."
"Not the Panera Bread I remember but still pretty good. The menu board was slightly confusing. I got my own soda, picked up my food when ready and bussed my own table. So not sure what "service" was provided. Atmosphere was ok."
"Multiple issues with the self checkout stations, wouldn’t take payment. Service was pretty slow. Wasn’t provided with my cup for the drink I ordered. Food was actually hot and tasty. But I believe good service is key to an overall enjoyable experience."
"Enjoyed my lunch here. Pretty steady business and the staff seemed nice. As I arrived, the staff was cleaning the drink machine and replacing ice. That, to me is a good sign. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich and a cup of potato soup. I love how they add bread to it as well. Happy with my lunch stop today."
