"We had a group of 21 who descended on them for lunch. We did call about 30 min in advance but we occupied every table but one. The owner took care of alllour orders while taking phone orders. He got all the v orders right, served promptly and the food was great. Definitely will go back!"

"Customer service was really a disappointment. I ordered from another location in error and called to see if there was anything that could be done. Instead of just being honest, they told me to call Slice app for a reimbursement only to tell Slice when they called to confirm they don't authorize it. Manager never called me back. It was my mistake, but I was surprised at how completely rude they were. I was hoping for some effort (even a 'sorry' would have helped!) to make losing 70 bucks on 3 large pizzas a little bit easier, but instead I just got attitude while they wasted my time."
"Ordered 4 slices (2 cheese 2 pepp) and mozzarella sticks. When the order came it was 2 slices short, which in itself was disappointing. Once we opened the cheese sticks it was clear they had been left in the fryer for too long and sat out till stone cold and the two slices we did receive had very clearly been sitting out for hours, crusty pepperoni old under the the slice and all. I called to tell them not to bother sending the other two pieces,before I could get that out I was cut off by the employee stating there was a mix up at the front counter and that's why the other two slices did not arrive, the mix up was not reading the two tickets attached to my order because it very clearly said 2x (Which would be 4 slices). When I asked for a manager I was informed there was not one there, on a Sunday, right before the rush... the employee then stated she would inform the manager, but at no point did she ask my name, contact info or even half an apology. I literally donated $30 to westshore pizza tonight. Your welcome?"
