"The atlantic steam pot was served in plastic. It is used to be in a steam pot. Bad idea to serve food in plastic, very dangerous for human been. We are a regular customers for summer but not again."

"Interesting experience while visiting Joe’s for the first time. Typical chain food, likely frozen seafood, unseasoned, fried and served up. Shrimp lacked flavor, fish and hush puppies were either over cooked or undercooked. Will I be back to Joe’s? Highly unlikely."
"Service was good. Can't say much about the atmosphere as we were one of a handful of parties that were at the restaurant. My wife and I got a crab bucket filled with various seafoods. The quality was okay. But I have to say, the lobster that was served as part of the bucket was some of the worst lobster I've ever had. I had one piece and couldn't bring myself to have any more."
"I recently visited Joe's Crab Shack and had a great experience. Our server, Lexi, was fantastic - she was friendly, attentive, and made the entire dining experience even better. She really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. As for the food, I had the voodoo chicken tenders and they were delicious. They were cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of spice. My wife had a platter and also enjoyed her meal - everything was served hot and fresh. Overall, Joe's Crab Shack is a great place to go for a fun and delicious meal. The food is good, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is upbeat and lively. If you're looking for a seafood restaurant with a great vibe and friendly staff, Joe's Crab Shack is definitely worth checking out.
