"One of the worst Chick-fil-As to go to! Especially if you're allergic to cheese. Sometimes a nice manager will accommodate my allergies but 99 percent of the time they say we do not edit our menus for anyone! This is the only one that has ever told me this! All other chick fila will accommodate my serve allergies to cheese."
"This seems to be a growing trend that we only get “half” chicken mini’s. Maybe we need new training policy or new container but the top always sticks to the cardboard container and when you remove it you lose the tops of your chicken mini’s. It is only this location. The one on Tampa Rd uses a plastic container where this is never an issue"
"Yesterday, I received my large fries in a disappointing manner. Upon unpacking them at home, I was utterly disappointed. I immediately called the store to speak to a manger but both of my voicemails they neglected to return my calls regarding the issue. It was both a rip off and unsanitary to find various items stuffed on top of the fries, with the box only filled to three-quarters of its capacity. This experience left me thoroughly disappointed, as the customer service and food quality were definitely subpar."
"The amount you for what you pay for is ridiculous. Sandwiches getting smaller but same quality. Service was quick and friendly though. They always have someone in the lobby cleaning up. It’s great that unused sauces get saved."
