"I have placed my order tonight with chipotle. I am missing over half of my order! That is very inadequate. That job is basic doesn’t take really any life skills to do and they can’t even make sure the orders are complete. And the fact that I can’t even contact a manager there is another bad situation thank God Ai is taken over."

"Lunch front counter service was terrible. I had to wait about 2 min before the server put down what he was doing on the back counter. I felt like I was interfering. There was no friendliness there at all. Nor was there any communication between the server and the cashier. I had to tell him what I ordered. Not a happy customer today. I'm in customer service myself and just a smile or a hello goes along way."
"Let me start by saying I come to this Chipotle location a lot but I decided to finally write a review. When you go in person is way better than if you order online or your phone. I'm not sure who is the person in charge of the online orders, but the amount of food given is minimal, it's a kids portion! I ordered a bowl, and the picture shows that they barely put anything in there, this is ridiculous for the price you pay for a bowl."
