"I would have rated this restaurant a “5” had it not been for order at the register and taking a number to your table, AND using paper plates and to go containers for salads. However, they use stainless steel silverware, so a broken dishwasher isn’t the reason. These prices certainly aren’t adjusted down to compensate for use of paper plates, plastic cups and plastic to go containers. The food is excellent and the store was packed. So the reasoning behind the lack of proper dinnerware is mind boggling. If we return, it will only be for take out until they fix the dinnerware issues."
"We’re from NY and here 10yrs. Tried NYPD Pizza for the first time. Great cust service by young girl at counter! Pizza ok, Garlic nots were great and I waited to get home for the eggplant parm and wow what a HUGE disappointment. Two burned long pieces with no sauce in between and a slab of cheese on top. Not edible so I call to inform them. Mgr’s not available and the guy on the phone says “Oh OK” after I say how bad this was. So I came to leave a pic and review. Wouldn’t ever go back for pizza but the eggplant seals it for us. Back to Main Street Pizza in downtown Kissimmee we go. Wish a mgr or someone that cared would have answered."

"The atmosphere and service was incredibly friendly and helpful! Food was absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend! We got the garlic knots and they came out hot and tender with crispy edges and a side of marinara for dipping. The cheese steak was perfect filled full of creamy steak, peppers and onions on a super soft fluffy bread. The calzone was the perfect size and not too doughy. Loved it!"
