"Food tastes great 95% of the time. There's just times when fries are not fresh or made in old oil, but not always. The staff here is usually rude and dismissive, but we have had a few nice folks up front. The place is not clean most of the time. Most of the time, we find lots of stepped on food or sticky tables. There's always a few clean tables but not most."

After sitting there for over 40 minutes, I received my food, cold, soggy and mushy. On top of everything while I was waiting for my food to be made, I saw the cook fixing the food barehanded. Because of the time I didn’t want them to have the food remade since I was already running late. So my wife and I ended up eating the fries for dinner. They didn’t have mozzarella sticks, and the drinks tasted like it had bleach. After contacting them, Burger King decided that to make this right they would give me a $10 coupon for my next purchase. SMH"
