"New updated review, the owner of this establishment is absolutely horrid. Joe lacks customer service skills and I wouldn’t be surprised if his staff does too based on the way he handles things. How someone like this is in a management position I have no idea, but this is exactly how you lose loyal customers and money. His disgusting way of speaking to his customers will make you run from this location. I will never come back to this place, I will stick to Starbucks hands down. This guy has no idea how to manage a business, you’d rather lose a loyal customer base than make a situation right when bodily fluids are inside someones drink, no compassion or empathy for the situation, he’d rather blame his customers then take accountability for a situation that no one should ever be in. Even if it was an accident, there is a valid reason to be upset, but to make excuses and refuse to refund someone for something like that is just beyond me. This is how you lose loyal customers that would continue to spend money at your business but instead you’d rather ruin a customer relationship with this company. Joe claims that this was a banana piece with hairs sticking out of it but you guys be the judge of what this looks like to you."
