"Everything is great but when they tell me to come inside because my foods not ready defeats the purpose of a drive thru. If that messes up the drive thru time for the business, it should that’s the point"
"We walked in and no one was at the register. We heard manager talking to employees about labor being high and hours being cut which should like should be discussed in private. Employee came from lunch and manager shouted insubordination not sure why. Wasn’t helped at all. Store has a leak and was not we floor sign. Overall dirty no wonder it was empty we left and ate somewhere cleaner with better service. Probably will be shut down sooner than later hopefully."
"This is ridiculous We had to repeat our order multiple times for the man to hear. the man has ear phones in. He’s texting on the phone while he’s taking orders and they’re just playing around. and they didn’t put all the food in the bag so we had to pull around and go in and get the rest of our order. might be time to get some new employees at night time. We wasn’t the only one that had this issue at night time."
"Service is decent here and the food is as well. The drive through wait time is excessively long though. The Cherry limeade is worth the wait though. Their pup cup “wag cup” is also super cute for when I have my pup with me."
"After having to repeat my order over 5 times, it was correct. This was my chili-cheese coney. Enough said. My burgers were good, had 10 tater-tots in a large order but 4 bites of this chili cheese dog was too much."
