"Drive thru always closed when it clearly says open till 12 (driver thru). Why be open just to order pull up and be told you’re closed? Even ordering online. I’m reading back 5 years and today still the same actions! Y’all really need to do better"
"I ordered off of doordash from this burger king. My bread was stale, my burger tasted like a dirty grill so bad to the point where i couldn’t finish it and neither could my boyfriend. so did all the others. It also messed up my entire families stomachs and we have all been feeling nauseous and having stomach issues. I ordered 4whoppers, 1 medium fry, 1 Bacon King meal Large, 1 large fry , and 2 medium onion rings. My sister in law also found a large object in her onion rings (photo attached!)I will not be ordering from this location again. And as someone who worked in the fast food industry this was unacceptable."
"Useless. If your service is going to take this long at least get the orders right. A lady who appeared to be the manager took my order. She left something off the order I didn’t see until I paid and got my receipt, no biggy, it was added at the window. My burger that I was charged extra for cheese, was without cheese. My fish burger was replaced with a regular burger. My wrap was missing which I caught before I drove off. This is just one instance. Another time I went 30 minutes before closing. There was a car outside I pulled to the speaker, no reply for a few minutes so I rolled around to the window where a guy was pressing buttons on the register. He looked at me and disappeared to the back. I waited for maybe another ten minutes and decided to just leave. When I got to the other side of the building all cars were gone. They closed. If you’re going to close early and look me in the eye, why not just open the window and say your closed. Every time I go there’s a problem, I guess I’m the fool for continuing to go back."
