"The place is clean, the food tastes fresh, and the order came out fast. However, the coffee tastes like burnt corn tortillas. How about changing the coffee to Colombian? For the manager: taste your coffee and that of McDonald's and see the difference. I know Wendy's Corporate forces franchises to buy garbage ingredients to make higher profits; however, have you considered how many people you are turning off just because your coffee tastes, as stated above? The place is in the 4th of July spirit, which is excellent, but most importantly, it is to have lobby kiosks working so we can order there, and have the register working correctly, so we can pay contactless; it shows the sign, but it doesn't work!"
"So it was 11:01 pm when my family and i arrived at the door. It was already locked. The young lady refused to open the door and said we needed to go through Drive Thru. The dining area is supposed to be open until 12am. I really hope the Wendy's Manager sees this and ensures this doesn't happen again. I understand a couple minutes early, but not 59minuets."
