"Went in to order a sub. The lady behind the counter was talking to her coworker and then without making eye contact, asked me a question. I said "excuse me" in a polite manner. She repeated "what sandwich am I starting for you?" in a nasty tone and she scoffed at me. I told her I wanted a ham and extra American. She replied in a super nasty tone "we don't do that anymore. We only have these up here" I just left and went across the street to Firehouse Subs. Super nasty attitude. She's going to end up talking like that to the wrong person and get slapped. Don't ever come here. I was nothing but nice to her"

"I cannot take away from the quality of the food or the cleanliness of the restaurant.But,the service was horrible ! This older woman(50's wore a bandana on her head.5-6 stuffed toys hanging off 1 beltloop).has the worst attitude ever ! The look she had in her face. Pouting. (like someone took 1 of her stuffed toys).Then to top it off. she had a condescending attitude.So sad. Subway needs to conduct spot checks on their employees. This one definitely slipped thru the cracks !"
