"Very disappointed in service and the workers for night crew. Very disrespectful and sit on their phones majority of time. I come here often and they need to get rid of the workers who are blantaly rude. I was in tonight and had a mobile order, waited 25 minutes. Unacceptable. Not to mention the worker that gave me my food was rude to me and j was patient didn’t complain once. I won’t be back."

"Order a spicy potato taco without lettuce - it had lettuce. Ordered a Mountain Dew - was a green that I’ve never seen before (Baja Blast mixed with regular Mountain Dew) Ordered Nachos with cheese - didn’t get any cheese dip Ordered a cheese quesadilla - it had no sauce and honestly a pathetic amount a cheese for nearly $5 Super disappointed"

"45 minutes for my order to be packaged… and they still missed an item and used the wrong meat in another. When I told them about it, the woman counting cash stuck her dirty hands in my bag and touched all my food. Dirty hands touching my food, and they thought that was ok. I saw many others waiting a long time as well. I’m genuinely not exaggerating… 45 minutes. This isn’t the first time. I’ve been to this location many times over the years and it always takes far longer than fast food ever should on a bad day. It’d be quicker to go to a sit down Mexican restaurant and have them make food from scratch."

"This establishment has gone above and beyond with their customer service attentiveness to detail. Every time I go my orders are always correct and I’m greeted with very NICE and personable people. I have not eaten Taco Bell in a very very long time but have returned multiple times just this past week! The service that they’re providing in this restaurant prompted me to leave a review. Can’t say anything bad about this place. Managers and staff, keep up the great work! These workers need a raise!!!!"

"Boyfriend went to go get food, and all of our taco shells are hard and are the Doritos taco meals all shells are cracked. Drink overly sweet and it is fruit punch, they must be making it themselves eeeeyuck diabetes. Waste of money drink going straight in the trash. No more Taco Bell for me, this is starting to be business satisfaction only because these restaurants just want your money"
