"They don't let you take food to go or eat in the upstairs area near trails end. My family ate from trails end and I planned to eat Crockett, but we all had to sit in the Crockett area for me to order off the menu even though it's all in one building. I was the only one eating Crockett, and everyone else were eating from trails end, so we sat in the trails end area. The server told me that I could sit at a table alone in Crockett to order my food, wait for it to be served, and they will give me a box for me to put it in myself. Then I can walk upstairs and eat it with my family. That advice just sounded ridiculous, so i just chose to eat trails end instead. I get that there are policies, but how hard is it really for the chef to put it right in the box and for me to come down when it's ready, rather than having an upset customer? I mean, the restaurant was practically empty anyway."

"NEW MENU IN PHOTOS! We were here one of the last weeks Trails End and the lounge were open in February. We just happened to be back on the day of their soft launch. We came in for a few drinks before the Hoop de show. Very impressive, great drink selection, ambiance and more. Can’t wait to come back to eat!"

"Super negative experience with this family style restaurant. It's one thing to get charged a lot of money for each meal, but for Disney to have the gaul not to provide a small box or doggie bag to take a 3 year olds chicken and fries back to our camper. This is how I'm taking my left overs. You stink Mickey!"

"Amazing drinks and fast service. They have a pretty good selection cocktails and featured cocktails. Lots of Ole Smokey Moonshine drink cocktails and some decent wine selections. Quite a few bottle and canned beer selections as well as some non-alcoholic "mocktails". It's more of a quick service walk up to the window get your drink and leave type situation right now but at least there are nice rocking chairs to sit and relax while you rock with your moonshine in hand."
