"Marisa and Todd were wonderful! They were slammed and they set the expectation of a delay in service to give the cook time to catch up. They stopped putting more the cook so that things could be done right. Todd was on the line with the cook, and Marisa was a delight. She was attentive and great with the kids. As a restaurant manager myself, I recognize a manager who cares about his staff’s well being, sets guest expectations and hires the right people. The restaurant was immaculate despite the unexpected surge of customers. We will come back the next time we are in the area for sure."
"This place should be SHUT DOWN ! My husband and I visited last night around 1am and we sat in the booths to the right of the store my husband seen a rouch crawl under the table so we moved I didn’t see it so I was in disbelief and really wanted nachos we moved to another table the food got there our app and a roach crawled to our food at the whole opposite side of the restaurant bugs seen in both booths I asked to speak ti manger the server was the manager who had nothing to say and also said nachos to have sour cream and pico like picture would be extra menu says it’s included i haded him the menu and left never coming here agian !!! If the dining room is in infested conditions I can’t imagine the kitchen !!! I would rate zero all around be safe and please don’t eat here."
"Emily rocks! She had taken my order plenty of times when I would visit the store. Always smiles, always friendly and she make sure we are taken care of throughout the whole visit whether it’s to eat in or take out. The food was great & the service is EXCELLENT as always! Thank you Emily! We will be back soon!"
"The service was awful. It took a long time to receive our food and when the food finally arrived our eggs looked as if it was setting for a while. Our waitress could of smooth everything out with an apology or some type of empathy for the poor food service but she act as if she had no type of concern for the customer. She also forgot some of our order and again failed to make make things right with an apology or empathy. She made it seem as if were disturbing her day."
"Had the best cheese burger and was so full-filled. The french fries were so delicious! Our waitress was quick and food came out hot! Will definitely come back to this denny's location."
