"Even though the food was good the service could have been better. The waitress didn't explain the menu well, they totally forgot to bring out a meal and never bothered to check up on us at the table. To finally top it off the waitress said there was an automatic mandatory minimum tip included for groups of 4 or more. even though the food was good I will not come back to this restaurant because of the poor service and the waitresses attitude, I cannot justify a mandatory minimum tip when you're getting poor service."
"We have been going to Maracas since the early 2000s. The food has always been good and the service always amazing. The new location is clean, comfortable with the same Great service. The manager has been with the restaurant for a long time. She is friendly, professional and when she isn’t busy she is walking around greeting people. Our server Leidys has served us on a few occasions and has always been friendly competent. The coffee is amazing!"
"I honestly have to say the place is nice inside but the waitress that we had Alejandra was horrible. She was not attentive I asked her for menu she forgot, I asked for their garlic sauce she forgot, I ask her for silverware she forgot!! She never came to the table and even asked if we needed anything. We had to inconvenience the other waiter. Now for the food the yellow rice was horrible, pork chops were partially raw. It is important to acknowledge the people you serve and give them excellent service so they will come back and also recommend the restaurant. I enjoy giving positive reviews but with all do respect the service was horrible . I do not recommend this place for a large party or if you’re really hungry. It was such a bad experience that I did not even tip and that my friend has never ever been me. I paid $120.00 bill and left. My daughter’s birthday outing was ruin. Make sure if you go and eat bring also your own napkins because they do not offer that either if you need extras."
"One of the best places ever. Instantly entered our top three of favorite restaurants in Orlando. Amazing home style, big portions, Dominican food. The mondongo was specially amazing!!!"
"We came for lunch and everything was amazing! The super shake was so good! And everything tasted fresh! And so affordable. Service was outstanding. Dunia was our server. She is the sweetest and most attentive lady ever! Totally recommend it!"
