"Ordered 10 chicken tenders for $35! We got them, and they were ice cold. Fries were stale and cold. They also forgot ALL our sauces. It'd be much different if it was $15. But when you pay this much money I expect my order to be hot, fresh and correct. Also tried to call the store and it just rang continuously."
"The staff was disrespectful and kept provoking someone from the drive thru. The lady that took our order left the register made our food without gloves set it down and tossed it to us while talking about her tinder issues with another worker. Honestly avoid this place at all cost you would think it was a halfway house and not a Popeyes."
"They forgot half of our order, my fault for not checking before we left but when the worker took my receipt to use to prepare our food we thought it would definitely be correct. Guess not. Called to speak to someone, was going to go back to get food since we’re 30 minutes away. Just wanted a refund but worker answered the phone and left me on hold for 10 minutes, I ended up hanging up. Workers on their phones. Don’t even go here I promise there’s a million better options."
"We showed up at 8:30 with a very large order. I spoke with the two ladies on the front line and they were beyond excellent. Food was correct and fresh. Be aware, fried chicken takes time to cook so you have to be patient."
"The biscuits were not the best but still good. They didn't laugh at us when we ordered 6 biscuits. They gave us lots of honey and jams that we didn't even request. The server was nice"
