"Nothing like having an employee go off on me for saying the order on the screen was wrong. I then had to pull up for my iced coffees and when I got it they had spat in my drinks! They tried to charge me for their lunch apparently, I ordered 2 iced coffees and they were trying to charge me for a #1 meal."
"Very modern and sterile - all kiosks for ordering. I ordered an ice cream, and a rapidly melting, sinking blob of 'ice' cream on top of a cone was handed to me. When I expressed my concern about the 'ice' cream, I was told that this is how it came out of the machine. Very disappointing. I know it's soft ice cream, but it shouldn't be this soft. I felt ripped off for my $2.59."
