"My wife and I never even made it to the line to place an order because the place was filthy and just disgusting everywhere. Nobody was out there cleaning and, from the looks of it, nobody had cleaned in hours. And it wasn’t very busy. Just unbelievable to me!"
"Like so many who have reviewed this particular location, I am through with giving this establishment any more of my money. The pace, cleanliness and professionalism leave so much to be desired, one must wonder if there is a manager who has been trained that oversees this location. I am positive that if the owner of this franchise were to see how this is being run he’d rethink everyone on staff. Every person surround me in line was complaining of the same thing. Line was so long with no movement I witnessed 5 people leave and go elsewhere. Cost has gone up for the same food—and the cleanliness, wait and customer service have all plummeted. Will make the 15 minute drive to the nearest Chipotle if I get the craving again."

"WARNING! If you are like me and love Chipotle... ask yourself , do I really want to go to this one? NO! THE ANSWER IS NO! I was thinking it's a new one for me, in a ritzy part of town. Should be an amazing experience. We'll, it was not. From the moment I walked in I wanted to run out of there! ALL THE TABLES WERE FILTHY! The floors were filthy and full of food everywhere. The drink area was filthy full of trash. The line although I was third in line took for ever! One person was doing the food orders. One person was just standing at register and one was cooking?! Maybe. Once it got to my turn, the kid says there is no this there is no that. Really?! Everything was empty!!! I just ran out of there. It's sad to know that Chipotle has gone so far low at this location. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! PLEASE HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO CLEAN THE PLACE UP A BIT. I'm surprised the health department hasn't visited this place yet!"
