"I really enjoyed Chipotle but when I order from this Chipotle specifically I seem to continue to have issues when it's delivery they rarely put any meat in your food and when I say rarely if you order the carne asada they will put three small strips of steak and that's it a couple pieces of chicken like they are extremely cheap when it comes to the meat and the meat is the main part of a meal in the burrito bowl aside from that I love Chipotle."
"It is 9pm. They close at 11pm. There are no meats available.. u can see the cook and the food but no one is communicating to cut it and serve it to the customers. I ask for chips and queso. At the register she puts queso in my bag. No chips I ask a different employee… he says there are no chips. Where is the customer service .. communication is a great and missed quality in customer service."
"One of the better Chipotle. Our food preparer gave us generous portions and was very friendly. Definitely an asset to this location. Seems like a good crew working the evening we stopped in to get food to go."
"Christiana took charge and accommodated my wife's gluten allergy. She was very knowledgeable and made our night. Her customer service was nothing short of exemplary. She was very detailed and meticulous with how she delegated work amongst her peers. Hopefully, she helps turn this establishment around and get some better reviews. Come visit this location if she is here. 2 star atmosphere review is only cause all Chipotle's are uncomfortable."
"Food was excellent. Well seasoned, hot and good portion size, enough for leftovers. My order was fine but my friend's wasn't accurate. There was an app issue, I had to go through 3 people to sort things out...and in the end the order was wrong. I would go again though because my order was delicious. I won't comment on the atmosphere too much but someone was in the kitchen that wasn't supposed to be there...."
