"Ordered online for delivery. I placed order wrong and called store right away but they did not answer. I called 6 times. Then tried door dash. They called and said there is a phone problem and could not help me. Poor customer service. I will not bother with panda express again. Driver though was friendly and awesome"

"My recent experience at Panda Express left much to be desired. I was met with disappointment right from the start when I learned that there was no Chow Mein available after waiting in line for 15 minutes leaving me with the unappetizing choice of white rice or Mixed Vegetables. To exacerbate the situation, the preparation of the Mixed Vegetables took an agonizing 15 minutes, causing my selected entree to sit in its to-go container and cool down considerably. Adding insult to injury, the portion size for a supposed "plate" that includes 2 entrees was shockingly small, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and shortchanged. Furthermore, the malfunctioning soda machine led them to utilize the drive-thru machine for my beverage, which was an inconvenience I hadn't anticipated. The efficiency of the entire operation was glaringly lacking, from the inadequate stock of high-demand items to the apparent lack of coordination among the cooks. This experience served as a stark reminder that even a well-known chain can falter when it comes to meeting basic expectations of service and quality. The need for substantial improvements in their operational procedures and communication is undeniable."

"My experience at Panda Express was disappointing. The service was subpar, as most employees appeared visibly unhappy. Moreover, the lack of chow mein left me with limited side options, either rice or waiting for veggies. The wait for the veggies to be ready resulted in the boxed meat being cold by the time I received it. Adding to the frustration, the drink dispenser was down, forcing me to inconvenience the already overworked employees or get back in the long line for a drink or refill. Overall, it was an inconvenient and unsatisfying visit."

"I’ve been to some really good and bad Panda Express locations. This is a good one. The food was fresh, the place was clean enough, and the people were friendly. I got the sweet fire chicken breast and the Beijing beef. Both dishes excellent. This is a safe stop, ye who read reviews."
