"Fantastic birria tacos with lots of flavor, decent amount of meat, and great dipping sauce. Definitely worth the hike and I will be back to try the other items! Update: food is still fairly good but very little birria dipping sauce compared to the first time I went and beef was pretty dry unfortunately."

"Soluna Taco has nice, quality birria tacos right next to the Tractor Supply Co. in Oakland! They aren’t the best we’ve ever had, but they’re good, and they definitely hit the spot when we were hungry. If you’re in a rush, this place is better than basically anything else around this area - you just have all these junky fast food options along this part of 50. Chicken, chicken, burgers, and more chicken. I personally prefer tacos! We got some birria tacos and chicken al pastor tacos. The birria was pretty good! The consummé was definitely different from normal, more like a spicy tomato sauce rather than traditional consummé, but good nonetheless. I would just like some meat, onions, and some other ingredients in the actual consummé - that would probably make it a bit better. There was a great portion of meat inside the tacos - more than some other places, so definitely not complaining there! The tortillas were just regular corn tortillas - nothing super spectacular. I actually might’ve liked the al pastor a bit better! It came with the same consummé as the birria, and I actually think the sauce worked better with the al pastor than the birria tacos. So yeah, that might be the way to go here. Overall, a good place, and I definitely would stop by again if I was craving tacos, in a rush, and in this area. Do keep in mind this food truck is kind of expensive - 4 birria tacos for $14 - more than many other places in the Orlando area. I don’t think Soluna is worth a super big drive for, but if you’re close by, why not? Check this place out!"
