"I came here today after wanting to try Tacos Chiapas for YEARS! It's just that every time I drive by the truck, they've already sold out of food for the day, or it was on a day that they were closed. Well while on my way to downtown Mount Dora, I see Tacos Chiapas is open! I went and got some cash, and went to place my order. I ordered 3 pork tacos, a burrito, and chicken fluatas. The woman taking my order was very nice and helpful, and answered the few questions I had without making me feel rushed in anyway, which I appreciate. While waiting on the food to be cooked, many people showed up to order. They just kept coming! I said this is why they're sold out so fast every day, they do a big business so the food has to be good! I checked out the other items available while waiting as well, and decide I'll get the birria tacos next. Their atmosphere is very cute with plants, trees, flowers, lights, etc. which was nice. There is also a decent amount of room to park. Picnic tables to sit at, sauce on the table, and the area is kept clean. I get my food, and it is beautiful. It looks amazing. I do think that the food could have a little more flavor, it just seemed to be missing something and was kind of bland. Maybe it was just an off day, or I'd like something else there better. I'll come back and try some more things, and update my review if that's the case. For now I'll give 3 stars because I did like the owners, area is kept clean, etc."

"I've had a few really good tacos in Central Florida but so far these have been the best authentic ones I have had around here. They are on the small side though but HUGE in flavor. Came in for 3 tacos and ended up having 7, just couldn't have enough!, very VERY good."
