McDonald's

"Pulled into the parking lot and almost could not get off the road into driveway. Decided to back out onto road and go around and went inside. Kiosk would not take credit card. It's broke. Went to counter and got sausage eggs and cheese biscuit with a medium coke. Coke was out at fountain. Told one of 3 people stand in drive thru window(doing almost nothing) and she said "ok" and walked off. 30 seconds later I decided they didn't care. While waiting for my order that was done in shelf the kitchen help got a drink from one of the drive thru people. No one was making any drive thru sandwiches and that's why drive thru had more than 12 cars pulled up in it and hardly moving. Management needs to see this place at 7:00am on a weekday. Things have gotten a lot better. Most of the time I get my order quick now and drive thru has great flow. Thank you management! February update. Things are really good when morning manager is on duty. This morning not so good with more employees than normal and no sign of morning manager. Everything took twice as long. Note to employees (any job) : please find a job you want to be at without friends if your only going to work what you get paid. This "silently working" idea is destroying service."

"There isn't a rating low enough. Worst McDonald's around. I have been trying here for 20 years only because it's the closest one. Never had any management which shows in the quality and speed of there store. Sat for 15-20 minutes in the drive through this morning to get an old cold biscuit, wasn't even microwaved. The workers are ridiculous, no customer service at all. But if you drive another 5 miles down the road to Mt. Dora it shows that it is still possible to run a fast food chain here, that's why I put the blame on the owner and management and the owners incompetence to hire capable employees. So, now you pay tripple the price for 5 times worse food and service, This seems to be the norm in the fast food industry anymore."

"I went through the drive through and I ordered a frappe with my app. First they didn’t have what they show on the sign for a peppermint one and she said they have not had it for a month. The sign is still there. I used my app and when I got to the window the girl didn’t put in my number already even though I gave it to her twice. Then it took me 25 minutes to get my drink…….. only 4 cars in front of me. One of the worst run McDonalds I have been too. Then drink was all melted!!! Definitely not FAST FOOD or even good food!!"

"Trust me when I say, as a fat girl, I've been to TONS of McDonald's. This is by far my favorite. The line was wrapped around the building and I STILL didn't even wait 5 minutes to get food. They were busting out orders quick. Not only was it fast by the food was really good too. Nothing was dry or gross. 10/10 would drive an hour to eat here again"

"Fast food well not good I will never go here to eat again worse burgers burgers are not hard to make but they sure messed it up worse one yet I will tell everybody I know to not eat here"
