"Five guys food is always amazing. Of course this is hoping that the petty manager and employee that was snickering with each other didn’t do anything to my food. I think it cost like maybe $.30 to give me an extra pair of buns on the side from my wife who is pregnant and just Wanted, non-soggy buns. Instead, you guys have to give me a completely broken down sandwich because what??? comes out of your salary? You earned yourself a one star review for today, saying that how I even called corporate And they said the guy was wrong. He should’ve offered complementary. I mentioned it to the manager, and he says surprise surprise this is a franchise, not corporate. Oh, you wear the badge of low-quality with pride"

"Excellent lunch and good service. Friendly and quick service. Very tasty burger. Huge portions of fries. The team takes turns in the different roles without letting the service slow down. Clean tables and frequently swept floors. The store needs a deep cleaning, especially the air conditioning outlets. Soda machines need more contrast in their video displays to highlight beverage options."
