"Portillo’s is awesome! I’ve loved them since Chicago and very happy with the company’s growth and success! Everyone at this location made it a wonderful reunion. I went multiple times while in town. While the entire team is great Paul stands out as he was very personable and knowledgeable. The food was just as I remembered. Will be back!"
"This is a very interesting place the decor is very interesting and different from other places. Food is ok with lots of choices. For me it was average not exciting food. Large menu to choose from. It will have something for someone. You have to order them and wait for your number to be called. Have monitors around to keep an eye on your order."
"Portillo's serves up Italian inspired fast food. The restaurant itself is quite spacious inside with a large amount of seating indoors and outdoors. The interior is clean, fun, and casual with classic decor all around. The food was pretty good, but nothing particularly special. They offer a few options for convenience such as a drive through and online ordering."
"My husband is from Chicago; we love Portillo’s and this location did not disappoint. Had lunch here with our children and the food and service were fantastic. One item we ordered was made incorrectly but the staff was more than happy to correct the issue in a timely fashion."
"First time at Portillo's and it definitely became a come back! The place feels amazing, cozy and it has an authentic style, you can think of this particular aesthetic when you hear the name “Portillo”. What I like the most about this place is that the food doesn't taste like the generic fast food type. I had a spicy chicken sandwich which was really good! The bun was just perfect and the chicken was really crunchy but moist at the same time. The fries are delicious too but not really remarkable, I wish they were crispier. In general, you should really try this food if you haven't! I bet you would come back many times."
