"My Jambalaya was delivered so I did not visit the food truck. The Jambalaya had great potential had it not been served in a bare cardboard box with no lining. The result was a potentially good meal that smelled and tasted like cardboard."

"Erin’s food was delicious! The grilled shrimp tacos with several sauces made my mouth feel like a seasoning party was going on!! I need to know your secret! Thank you for a scrumptious lunch. Can’t wait to return!"

"Just had it at Fall Festival. Grits had ZERO flavor. No salt. Had to douse it in hot sauce. Jambalaya was not good. My wife stopped eating after 2 bites. I forced myself to consume half of each since it was a $40 meal. Would pay maybe $7 for each. Saving grace was the fresh shrimp. The cornbread which was the best thing... proudly announced as bakery bought with the pecans, honey, and whip cream being the add on to it. Felt bad watching others order from them knowing they would be disappointed. The shop owners looked in our direction multiple times but lacked the courage to ask for feedback. Just sheepish smiles. I even walked up asking for add'l napkins thinking this is an appropriate situation to ask for feedback, but received another sheepish grin. Needless to say, a lot of disappointment and hungry bellies. Will run far away from this establishment."
