MISSION BBQ

"This was an excellent word-of-mouth recommendation & exceeded my expectations. Very clean restaurant with fast, friendly service. They honor veterans, police, fire/first responders which I appreciate. They gave us a warm welcome and the food was fantastic. I asked the cashier about 2 menu items - the smoked turkey & pulled chicken - he had the kitchen prepare a quick, fresh sample of both items, even serving with a side of a bbq sauce he recommended to compliment the items. Both were delicious. Fries were hot & crispy, meals were fresh and meats were tender with a gentle smoky flavor. Very nice! At each table were 6 various BBQ sauces - all tasty, but more memorable was the incredible horseradish sauce served with the delicious sliced turkey - and I used to despise horseradish. At Mission BBQ, I love it! Can't wait to enjoy again."

"Brought here by friends. As a retired military couple we enjoyed the atmosphere of military and first responder themes on the walls. I ordered a two meat dish (sausage and wet brisket). Wife and friends also had brisket. Very tender that melted in your mouth. Server was very attentive to our needs and when she heard my wife and I were on this trip to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, she surprised us with two deserts served on butcher paper which had a congratulations note written on it. Though this may be a chain restaurant, the staff ensured we were served well. Would come back."

"Sunday afternoon lunch, my first time eating here. It’s got a nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. I had the moist brisket with green beans and cornbread. My son had the pulled pork slider. The brisket with the KC classic sauce is so good!!! Absolutely delicious. Thank you to Tony at the register for being very helpful with the menu."

"This particular Mission BBQ is our new go-to place for excellent food, service and atmosphere! This location is the best we have found since Tennessee. We traveled all over and tried many BBQ joints including other Mission BBQ locations. This one is the best so far! Love the staff here too. Very accommodating and friendly! If you are in the mood for great food and love America, this is the place for you!"

"This was our first time going to Mission BBQ in Florida and it did not disappoint. We had a warm greating as soon as we walked in which also helped us know where to start. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had the half chicken and it was so good. Nice smokey flavor and so juicy! My husband had the chicken sandwich and he said it was just as juicy. We shared some fries, they were great! I would suggest eating them fresh at the restaurant. My favorite sauce was Florida Gator Bite. You gotta love that they support the armed forces, police, first responders, etc. Can't wait to go back!"
