"Every single time I’ve been to this location it takes hours to get through dinner. The orders are always wrong, service sucks, servers are no where to be found, and management is worthless. You’d think calling in a pickup order would be easier but they say it won’t be ready for 45 minutes to an hour and when you get there they lost/gave away your order on accident! And how about it took 3 tries calling to put in said order because the woman answering the phone can’t figure out what she’s doing and first hangs up on you, then needs help to place the order but can’t find any other employees to help her, then asks you to call back in 5 minutes because she can’t take the order herself! This place is a joke and I’d expect better in the villages!"

"So tonight was busy. We ordered and the main course was good we both got onion pedles as a side. They were cold so then the bring out a plate with what looked to be the same ones they just reheated them in the deep fryer. My girlfriend also was supposed to get coleslaw. Then. we seen a roach crawling on the wall. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager comes and I explained about the food and the roach. I said they must be really bad to be out with the lights on. He said and I quote " I haven't seen that many". I won't be back. This place is disgusting."

"We had an amazing server in the bar area. I enjoyed my cocktail although it was pricey. We enjoyed the tapTV trivia via the app that they displayed on the TV so that people throughout the establishment could enjoy trivia from their seats. We enjoyed the guacamole bites and black berry? margherita"

"Awesome food, service, and when you first think of an appetizer, try out the gator tail. It's an awesome way to start off the meal with. Good amount of variety of food and the place is well designed as for atmosphere. Staff was nice and polite, drinks are very good, and well developed place to go to eat."
